What is the best kitchen countertop?

The best kitchen top consists of: composite, ceramic, terrazzo, granite and dekton. Dekton: is a product that is often used outdoors. The material does not discolour and is very strong. However, dekton is very expensive. Ceramic and composite are fairly hard surfaces. They are made with crumbs and resin is poured between them, which ensures a dense substance. That is also the reason why dirt and grease cannot penetrate the top. Also called 'Improved bluestone'. Composite: a top that can do everything. The only thing that can cause discolouration is if a 180 degree oven dish is placed on it. Ceramic: is rock hard, if you do not have the sink placed in it, you can break off the stone during pouring. Not everyone likes having it placed in it, which is why people move away from ceramic and opt for composite. Ceramic does have more beautiful drawings in the stone than composite.

You have 3 different types; Quooker pro, Combi + and Combi. If your boiler is within a distance of 6 meters, you can use the pro model. If your boiler is in the attic at a distance of more than 6 meters, it is useful to take a combi or a combi + quooker. A combi model is useful if you only have cold water running to your kitchen. A traditional extractor hood extracts the air outside. A recirculating extractor hood filters the air in your kitchen and blows it back clean. It uses carbon filters for this. We build it in so that you can easily reach it.

Which countertop is the strongest and will last the longest?

The most popular low-maintenance countertops are made of composite, ceramic and granite. Granite is real stone, a natural product. Ceramic is harder than composite. For ceramic countertops, we recommend a flush-mounted sink. The edges are vulnerable to dents, for example when you wash pans. Why not a natural stone countertop, you might think, such as Belgian bluestone or marble? Because these are calcareous types of stone. They are beautiful, but also calcareous. If acids come into contact with them (such as vinegar, citric acid or orange juice), white or spotty rings appear. These will never come out again.
